Meet Alex, your dedicated aesthetic nurse with a journey rooted in health and wellness. After 7 years working in the hospital environments of trauma, neuroscience, and orthopedics, Alex found her true calling in aesthetics—a blend of artistry and healthcare.
Certified and experienced in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and more, Alex values the uniqueness of every client, honoring their individual beauty with a personalized touch.
Driven by a passion for education, Alex continuously hones her skills through courses with aesthetic industry leaders like Rana Kennelly at The Confidence Lab in Chicago. She strives to empower her clients by sharing her knowledge, enabling them to make informed choices about the best modalities for their needs.
Beyond the world of aesthetics, Alex's interests include hiking, hanging with her pets, and traveling (Japan, Peru, and Norway being amongst her favorites). As a former Disney cast member, she proudly wears her Disney nerd badge. Alex also volunteers with Beautiful Together, a local sanctuary, where she serves as a dedicated dog foster. Jennifer is a committed NP with experience in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Urgent care, and Aesthetics. Jennifer practiced as a nurse in Emergency Medicine for over 9 years before continuing her education, receiving her Master's Degree from UNC-CH as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2014.
She has completed various Aesthetics training programs through several national organizations including The American Academy of Facial Aesthetics. She is passionate about Aesthetics, Health, and Wellness as it allows her to build strong relationships and partner together with her clients to ensure they look and feel their best.
Jennifer is originally from Chatham County, NC and currently resides in Fuquay Varina with her 2 dogs. She looks forward to meeting you at Medspa 501!

Meet Holly, your certified nurse injector who has been working as a nurse in the field since graduating with her BSN in 2015. A North Carolina native, she began her career at UNC here in Chapel Hill as an RN in the orthopedic / trauma unit. She joins us from her latest role at UNC in Reconstructive Plastic Surgery, where she partnered with her surgeons to coordinate and conduct operative care for their patient populations, including breast cancer reconstruction, trauma reconstruction, and gender affirmation surgery.
Holly loved getting to see and be a part of her patients regaining confidence in their bodies throughout their journey. "Feeling comfortable in your own skin is as big a part of healthcare as any other aspect; it touches the core of who you are as a person!" Entering the MedSpa world felt like a natural step in her career to foster her passion for helping people feel their best. Holly works closely with each of her clients on an individual basis to ensure that their goals and needs are being met.
Outside of healthcare, she is bilingual, able to speak both English and Spanish. On a typical weekend, you can find her cooking, crafting, gardening, or reading with her two cats. She also has a taste for adventure, having traveled to 13 countries and recently having backpacked 1,000 miles on the Pacific Crest Trail through California and Oregon. She looks forward to meeting and working with you!

Jessica is a dedicated Physician Assistant with over 20 years of experience in healthcare. A former graduate of Duke University’s top-ranked PA program, Jessica also has prior experience as a critical care and emergency medicine nurse.
She is certified in both botox and filler and has a passion for bringing out the best in her clients. She has a strong medical background and a heart full of empathy where she blends science and artistry to help her clients look and feel their finest.
Guided by a commitment to safety and satisfaction, she offers personalized treatments that enhance natural beauty. She is now excited to share her experience and professional expertise in a more personal atmosphere through concierge wellness.

Allie is a passionate healthcare leader with over 13 years of vast experience as a nurse. Health and Wellness has always been a passion for Allie. She received her Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition, food, and Exercise from Virginia Tech in 2009.

While enrolled as a full-time student, she also became a certified personal trainer, which allowed her to work with a variety of clients to achieve their health and wellness goals.
After graduating from Virginia Tech, Allie attended the Accelerated Nursing program at Johns Hopkins University, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. After graduating from Nursing school, Allie landed her desired role as a nurse in the Emergency Room.
Over the course of her 13-year career as a nurse, she has ventured into cardiac care, primary care, acute/urgent care, corporate wellness, and the occupational health world.

She became an operations leader in healthcare, which opened her eyes to the complicated healthcare ecosystem and unlocked a new passion: to reduce barriers to wellness and offer exceptional concierge wellness services to help her community get, stay, and be well.

She looks forward to continuing to serve members of her community at Medspa 501.

Dr. Dobstaff, a board-certified Physician and hospitalist with over a decade of experience, seamlessly integrates traditional medicine with cutting-edge regenerative health techniques. His enthusiasm for holistic medicine, aesthetics, and emerging wellness technologies is palpable. He has particular interest in optimizing health through medical weight loss and hormone optimization therapy. He looks forward to imparting his passion for health and wellness to the patients of Medspa 501.
Outside the realm of medicine, Dr. Dobstaff finds joy in exploring all that the wonderful state of North Carolina has to offer with his wife and three sons. He thrives on outdoor pursuits like running, biking, hiking, and relaxing by the beach.
