REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund Eligibility● Products: We accept returns and offer refunds on unopened and unused retail products within 14 days of the original purchase date.● Services: We do not offer refunds on completed services. Refund Exceptions● Gift Cards and Packages: Gift cards and service packages are non-refundable but can be transferred to another individual.● Injectable Treatments: Due to the nature of injectable treatments, refunds are not offered. 5. Cancellation Policy● Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Failure to do so will result in a fee of $50.
6. Late Policy● Treatment times are not extended based on late arrivals. We suggest arriving 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete paperwork or to answer any questions about your service that you may have. We understand that issues may arise that may cause you to be late to your appointment. However, we ask that you call to inform us if that ever occurs, so we can do our best to accommodate you. Appointment times are reserved for each client, so oftentimes we cannot exceed that reserved time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment time, your appointment may be shortened or canceled if there is not enough time to safely complete the treatment.
7. Children under 13 years of age● Out of respect for the privacy of our guests, children under the age of 13 should not accompany you to a scheduled appointment. Your appointment will have to be rescheduled if you bring children under the age of 13 with you.
